The Colander Express is located in the central food court of the Waneta Plaza in Trail. Open during mall hours we offer light breakfast items and coffee break treats. At 11:00 a.m. our pasta is ready to be served. Our same addictive sauce and meatballs made by our cooks in our downtown location is served along freshly cooked pasta, made on site.
Looking for more? Our chicken chef salad, taco salad and Caesar salad are also very popular items. Our house salad is a great accompaniment to the pasta & meatballs takeout.
